Contact and responsibilities

WL PRODUCTIONS handles enquiries. Levisions develops and technically operates the website.

When you contact us

We use your name, email address, enquiry type and message to reply and discuss working together. A phone number, website or social profile is optional. Required fields are needed to submit the form; you can also contact us by other means.

Your message reaches us by email, and we send an acknowledgement to the address you provide. Making an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

When you request a collaboration on your own behalf, processing is based on taking steps at your request before a contract. Other business enquiries are handled on the basis of our legitimate interest in communicating and responding (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) or (f)).

Secure operation

Technical information, such as an IP address, browser details and request time, may be processed to operate the website and prevent abuse. Staff email addresses and sign-in information are used to provide authorised access to content editing. This is based on the legitimate interest in protecting the website and its data (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

Retention and deletion

Correspondence is retained for the time needed to resolve the enquiry and manage any resulting collaboration. Further retention is justified only where needed for a legal obligation or a specific legal claim. You can request deletion at the email address above.

Staff access information is retained according to the need for access and related security checks. You can also request corrections to or removal of published artist and project material. Provider logs and backups are also subject to the relevant provider’s retention terms; deletion requests may cover these copies too.

Cookies and visitor measurement

Necessary cookies remember your choices and support secure sign-in. Traffic and performance measurement starts only with your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent in cookie settings at any time and use the site without it. Your messages and form contents are not used for measurement. Who helps process the data?

Alongside WL PRODUCTIONS and its technical operator, the following providers process information needed for their respective services:

• Vercel — hosting and, with consent, traffic and performance measurement.
• Supabase — website data storage and secure account access.
• Resend — website email delivery; the sender’s and recipient’s mailbox providers also handle correspondence.

Providers may use international infrastructure, including processing outside the European Economic Area. Their privacy and data-processing terms describe the transfer safeguards they apply. You can also ask us for information using the contact details above.

Your rights and how to reach us

Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, exercise data portability rights, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. The site does not make automated decisions about you with legal effects.

You may complain to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information and seek a judicial remedy: NAIH.
